Monday Motivation

We are starting a new little series here on the blog, where we share little drops of inspiration and quote that make us smile, or think just a little bit. 

While our first quote isn't grand or magical, it's important.  As we think and act towards improving our health and our bodies, it's important to exercise good emotional health too.  That means filling your mind with positivity.  If that is difficult for you, you might want to reach for some oils that speak to your emotions, and find some positive affirmations to bring into your life.  You could start with a book of affirmations, or search the internet for some that speak to you.
